Cool down with our new summer cocktails

The Bellini, a happy combination of peach puree, peach liqueur and prosecco, was invented by Giuseppe Cipriani, founder of the famous Harry's Bar in Venice. Try it with Prosciutto e Parmigiano for the perfect start to a summer meal. Or why not try one of our other new cocktails?

Spritz - The classic Italian aperitif of Campari and Prosecco.

Sanguinello - Vodka mixed with sparkling blood orange juice.

Tramonto - A refreshing blend of Campari and sparkling lemon. The name means 'Sunset'.
