Asparagus is in season, so you'll find Asparagi alla Griglia in our Antipasti section - lovely fresh asparagus spears grilled and served with aged balsamic vinegar and parmesan shavings.  Also in the Antipasti selection are Bocconcini di Mozzarella Fritta - fresh buffalo mozzarella, deep fried in breadcrumbs, served with our red pepper sauce. 

In our Insalate section you'll find Insalata di Mare - a selection of Mediterranean prawns, squid rings and mussels in a light lemon oil and chilli dressing, served on mixed leaves. 

Check out the Tortelloni di Cervo in our Pasta  section - hand made fresh tortelloni filled with wine braised venison. 

A firm favourite making a come-back in the Secondi list is Fegato e Patate - pan fried calves liver with red onion marmalade and sauteed rosemary potatoes.  And check out our Lasagnetta con Porcini, a vegetarian baked lasagne with layers of porcini mushrooms and bechamel sauce. 

Spring Desserts include Coppa di Gelato All'Amarena - vanilla ice cream layered with amarena cherries, served in a sundae glass, as well as Torta di Limone - a sweet pastry with a rich lemon filling.
