About Dinner at Mine
Italians love celebrating good company with delicious food. In this class, we show you how easy it is to whip up three mouth watering courses, providing the perfect excuse to get friends and family around the table. Our chef will give you expert guidance as you create three authentic Italian dishes including our favourite choice of antipasti with homemade rustic bread, followed by a seasonal favourite using sausages & mushrooms with soft polenta. To finish, you'll make a quick version of tiramisu with cantucci and vin santo rather than the classic savoiardi.
After lots of hands-on cooking, you and your fellow cooks will sit down and enjoy the meal you've just prepared along with a glass of wine. Buon appetito!
