About Dinner at Mine
Italians love celebrating good company with delicious food. In this class, we show you how easy it is to whip up three mouth watering courses, providing the perfect excuse to get friends and family around the table. Our chef will give you expert guidance as you create three authentic Italian dishes including delicious Tuscan mushroom soup, simple to make wholegrain spelt bread, followed by a seasonal favourite Lasagnetta made with white ragu and Parma ham filling with creamy Parmigiano sauce. To finish, you'll make an indulgent Torta di Ricotta with dark chocolate, ricotta cheese and candid orange peel.
After lots of hands-on cooking, you and your fellow cooks will sit down and enjoy the meal you've just prepared along with a glass of wine. Buon appetito!
