· Learn how to make a risotto from scratch starting with your own stock
· Make a dessert using rice flour
· Sit down with your fellow cooks and enjoy what you have made with a glass of wine
Join our friendly, informal class and let us show you how versatile a dish of risotto can be. We believe one of the secrets for a great risotto is the stock! So you’ll be given easy, step by step guidance from our chef to prepare a tasty stock first. Then you will prepare your risotto using seasonal ingredients. And because risotto must be enjoyed the moment it is ready, all budding cooks will be invited to enjoy their risotto with a glass of wine. What's for pudding? You'll make a dessert using rice flour! All guests leave with recipe cards to inspire some home-cooking.
