A quick, simple and tasty salad, the perfect starter or main course for summer dining in minutes.
The Method
Drain the cannellini beans and put them in a serving bowl. Add the tuna flakes - about one third of a 650g tin of Buzzonaglia di Tonno is plenty for one jar of beans. Add the thinly sliced red onion. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste, followed by the Lemon Oil. Sprinkle with the torn fresh basil leaves then toss the salad.
This is plenty for a starter for 2 or main course for 1.
