After you initial training period of a week you will be able to:
Prepare and serve coffee, soft drinks and wine
Deal with high volume of drink orders and work speedily
Handle pressure positively
Ensure standards of personal and food hygiene are met
Ensure consistency of drinks production
Ensure the bar area is kept clean and tidy
Accept deliveries and stock control
Set up and close the bar areas
