After you initial training period you will be able to:
Prepare, and cook with fresh food
Deal with high volume of food tickets and work speedily
Handle pressure positively
Ensure standards of personal and food hygiene are met
Ensure your section is kept clean and tidy
Ensure consistency of food production
Accept deliveries and stock control
Set up and close the kitchen and food preparation areas
