We expect you to provide a great service to all our customers, whether they are having a quick espresso or a leisurely four-course meal.

After you initial training period of a week you will be able to:
- Deliver fantastic levels of customer service
- Adapt your service to the different types of customers who visit our restaurants
- Deal with high volumes of customer
- Handle a section effectively and speedily
- Ensure the restaurant is kept clean and tidy
- Ensure standards of personal and food hygiene are met
- Set up and close the restaurant
