Confetture e Dessert

Jam & Desserts

There are so many different methods of making jam in Italy – from the Mostarda, a mixture of fruits such as figs, nuts and berries to the very solid Sicilian mix of agrumi (citric fruits) and the cotognata of quince in Piedmont. Jam tends to be made very solidly of fruit and we offer only those made traditionally as they would be at home.
