How to
Prosecco Santo Stefano : Drinks very well delicate fresh-water shell fish, any light lunch or canapes and is a deliciously refreshing glass by itself. Rose di Pinot Brut : A great way to start the meal, either by itself or with canapees. Great with tuna sashimi or swordfish steaks with a mango & papaya salsa, will also compliment spicy Eastern dishes.
