The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by Philip David Reynolds and Geoffrey Paul Rowley who were appointed Joint Administrators on 30 March 2020.  The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

The office holder(s) will be the data controller in respect of the personal data collected for the purpose of administering this matter.  Further information in relation to how we may use, store and share the information is set out in our privacy notice at https://www.frpadvisory.com/privacy/.

Q: I’ve booked an Opera Night ticket can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately due to the closure of the restaurants due to the current Covid-19 situation and the administration of the company payments taken by the Company prior to our appointment for future reservations cannot be fulfilled. If the payment was paid via a debit or credit card please contact your payment card provider in relation to a refund – a guide is shown below. Please note that this is a third party site and we take no responsibility for its contents.

If the payment was paid by cash please send your name and address details together with a copy of the receipt to clcreditors@frpadvisory.com. The Joint Administrators will ensure that you are sent a claim form in due course to formally register your claim as a creditor of the Company.

Q: I have paid a deposit for an upcoming booking can I get a refund?

Q: What is happening to your restaurant teams?

A: The UK government has recently brought in a scheme to assist employers in the payment of employees during this difficult and unprecedented time. In this regard, it is our intention to apply under the Government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme in respect of all our team members who are not currently working.

Q: I recently completed work for Carluccio’s will I be paid?

A: due to its financial position, the Company is not in a position to meet payments to suppliers and service providers for any work undertaken prior to the Administration.  The Joint Administrators will shortly be sending out documentation to inform creditors of how to bring a claim in this regard.

Any creditors that wish to claim retention of title over stock or have owned assets at the Company’s premises, however, should contact the Joint Administrators via clcreditors@frpadvisory.com as soon as possible.
