Customers will be deemed to have accepted these Terms, and agreed to be bound by them, when accessing the promotion.
Promotion Period: 1 June 2025 – 15 June 2025
1. Offer
Customers who purchase a digital gift card with a minimum value of £40 during the promotion period will receive an additional £10 promotional credit (“Extra Credit”).
2. Eligibility
This promotion is available only for gift cards purchased online. Purchases made in Euros for our Republic of Ireland restaurant in Dublin are excluded.
3. Redemption
The gift card (including the Extra Credit) must be redeemed within three (3) months from the date of issue. After this time, the gift card will expire and will no longer be valid.
4. Exclusions
Only participating Carluccio’s restaurants are included in this promotion. Gift cards (including Extra Credit) cannot be redeemed at:
The Dublin restaurant;
Marriott-operated locations;
International Carluccio’s locations;
Carluccio’s restaurants located within Sainsbury’s sites (Restaurant Hubs).
The gift card cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
5. General
(a) Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
(b) Standard terms and conditions of Carluccio’s gift cards also apply.
(c) Carluccio’s reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
(d) This offer is subject to availability and while stocks last.

6. Liability
(a) Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
(b) We will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences:
(i) any postponement or cancellation of the promotion;
(ii) any changes to a gift card or the way in which it can be used;
(iii) any act or default of any third-party supplier.
(c) Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and insofar as is permitted by law, we (including our associated companies, officers, employees and agents) exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising to customers or otherwise as a result of the promotion; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, arising in any way out of the promotion.
(d) We (including our associated companies, officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay, changes to the promotion or failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is caused by any supervening event(s) outside our reasonable control (including without limitation the act or default of any third party supplier).
7. Other Terms
(a) No substitutions or cash equivalent payment will be allowed, and no refund or transfer will be permitted.
(b) Personal information provided or obtained from customers will only be shared with our promotion partners and with our agents to the extent necessary to manage such participation or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
(c) We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
(d) The promotion and these terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the promotion.
