Our Panettone al Prosecco is made by three cousins who now run the bakery their Grandmother founded in Veneto.
The panettone is a light cake piped with a custard cream filling made with Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. Each panettone is pierced with 25 holes to allow the prosecco filling to be piped evenly.
An indulgent Christmas treat, that goes well with a glass of Prosecco!
