Chargrilled artichokes in olive oil. Grown in Puglia, these tender artichokes are grilled over charcoal and packed by hand into the jar. They are excellent as part of a mixed antipasto or with salads.
Artichokes, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, parsley, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Refrigerate after opening, keep covered in oil and consume within 5 days.
How to use
Simply serve as a part of antipasto or can be used for pasta sauces.
