Corbarino Tomatoes, 400g

These tomatoes take their name from the growing area; the hills of Corbara in the Provence of Salerno. An elongated tomato variety with a mildly “agrodolce” sweet and sour flavour. These tomatoes are said to absorb the salty and bitter taste of the sea.

These tomatoes are ideal for fish dishes or even to add a more interesting, unique flavour to a pizza base.

Makes an unbelievable Puttanesca sauce.
