This rich, sweet, drinking chocolate is a perfect treat on a cold day. The same thick hot chocolate used in our restaurants, it is imported from Italy and is a favourite for kids and adults alike!
Caster sugar, cocoa powder 30%, potato flour, salt. Store in a cool, dry place.
How to use
Makes 6 espresso cups. Add 200ml (6.8fl.oz) of whole milk and 100g (3.5oz) of Cioccolata Fiorentina to a pan. Heat on a medium heat for about 90 seconds, whisking constantly. Remove from the heat and whisk for a further 30 seconds. Serve immediately. To make 2 Long Chocolates, add 200ml (6.8fl.oz) of milk once the chocolate has thickened and return to the heat for a further 60 seconds, stirring constantly, then serve.
