Delicious hazelnut chocolates from Piemonte.
Gianduja chocolates originated in Turin in the 19th century. They are made in a traditional way by grinding the finest quality Piemonte “Tonda” hazelnuts into a paste and combining them with chocolate. The mixture is then piped through a triangular shaped nozzle to form their characteristic shape. The result is a soft, delicate chocolate with the pure taste of hazelnuts.

Cocoa minimum 32%), Dark Chocolate 35% (cocoa mass 44.5%, sugar 42.5%, cocoa butter 12.5%, emulsifier: SOY lecithin 0.25%, natural vanilla flavor 0.25%. Cocoa minimum 55%), Piemont Hazelnut 30%.
