Made with candied cedro and sultanas. Our supplier has spent a lot of time perfecting the recipe, that includes eggs and butter, not compromising on one thing in particular: natural yeast, that gives this cake a great elasticity and soft, moist texture. It is made with sultanas and a lot of candied cedro. The honey in the dough gives it flavour, texture and a deep, brown colour. Safe and delicious for gluten intolerant people We think panettone is lovely on Christmas morning with a glass of prosecco. Or toasted with butter and fig jam. Or eaten plain alongside a cappuccino.
