Our classic pairing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or lui e lei (‘his and hers’), the very basis of Italian cooking.
Our olive oil and balsamic vinegar producers both live on the Via Emilia Road in Emilia Romagna. At one end of the road Signor Lo Conte spends all year tending his trees to ensure, come harvest time, his oil is the very best it can be. At the other end – it’s a waiting game as it takes time for the balsamic vinegar to mature to perfection.
Every kitchen should have a good looking oil & vinegar.
The perfect present for any budding chef or kitchen conscious people.
A balsamic perfect for drizzling and an Italian extra virgin olive oil.
1 x Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, matured 25cl
1 x Extra Virgin Olive Oil 25cl
