Panettone allo Spritz
A new panettone like no other, piped with an inebriating Spritz filling and covered with a thick, dark chocolate topping.
We challenged our producer of traditional panettone to come up with a recipe for a spritz cake. The dough is soft and moist, piped with a surprising filling of orange and Italian bitters. The dark chocolate topping makes it an even more indulgent treat to share with friends, just like a spritz.
Wheat flour, Spritz cream 23% (sugar, glucose syrup, egg yolk, Aperol liqueur 4,6%, lemon liqueur, limoncello flavouring, powdered skim milk, powdered milk cream, flavourings, citric acid, stabiliser: pectin, Madagascar vanilla extract, preservative: potassium sorbate, paprika extract, salt), sugar, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast (contains wheat), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, sunflower lecithin, inverted sugar syrup, lemon paste 1% ( glucose-fructose syrup, lemon peel, sucrose, natural flavourings, acydifying: citric acid) salt, wheat malt, natural flavourings, Madagascar vanilla extract beans. Coating 16% ingredients: dark chocolate 71% (cocoa paste, sugar, lean cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) Cocoa min.72%, sugar grains 29%.

How To Use
