Porcini mushrooms 80% (Boletus Edulis and its group), olive oil 15%, sugar, salt, garlic, black truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum), flavouring.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days of opening.
