Cranberry Torrone -Italian traditional Nougat
Torrone is a southern European nougat confection, typically made of honey, sugar and egg white, with toasted almonds or other nuts, and usually shaped into either a rectangular tablet or a round cake.
Our first Torrone is filled with cranberries and wrapped in an edible rice paper. Easy to slice into bite sized pieces as a great sharing treat
Our second torrone is a lemon filled centre and coated in a rich dark chocolate for a bitter, sweet flavour. Very moreish and again great to slice into sharing pieces.
Toasted Almonds, honey, cranberries, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white powder, wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil), cornstarch, vanillin.
