Torrone is a southern European nougat confection, typically made of honey, sugar and egg white, with toasted almonds or other nuts, and usually shaped into either a rectangular tablet or a round cake.
Our first Torrone is filled with cranberries and wrapped in an edible rice paper. Easy to slice into bite sized pieces as a great sharing treat
Our second torrone is a lemon filled centre and coated in a rich dark chocolate for a bitter, sweet flavour. Very moreish and again great to slice into sharing pieces.

NOUGAT: chopped toasted almonds, honey, sugar, egg white powder, corn starch, natural flavor (lemon), vanilla extract. FILLING: sugar, vegetable fats (palm oil, sunflower oil, shea oil, rapeseed oil),whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsiefier: soy lecithin, natural flavor (vaniglia), lemon liqueur (1,5%). OUTSIDEdark chocolate coating (40%) ( cocoa min. 60%): sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsiefer: soy lecithin, natural flavor vanilla.
