A delicious and meaty venison ragu. Ideal with pasta or polenta.
Italian tomatoes 35%, venison meat 30%, onion, Piemonte Barbera red wine, pork meat, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, sugar, herbs, black pepper. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
How to use
Reheat and mix with cooked pasta or serve on top of polenta.
