The changing season means an exciting new menu here at Carluccio’s.

Our Lamb Gremolata (a lamb steak with olive and caper gremolata) really sums up summer in Italy to us.  Light, fresh, and created with Antonio’s food philosophy at it’s heart; minimum of fuss, maximum of flavour.

The Swordfish Muddica is destined to be a hit on the menu; created by our executive chef team; Eric who worked side by side with Antonio since the birth of Carluccio’s and Luciano.

Luciano is passionate about our Burratta e Frittedda. Frittedda is a stew of lightly sautéed young spring vegetables and is a specialty of Palermo, the capital of Sicily. Close to where Luciano grew up.
