Penne Regina alla Marinara

A traditional Neopolitan pasta dish - Giant penne served with mussels and clams, tossed in a rich tomato & cannellini bean sauce and garnished with basil and a king prawn.

Amarena Cherry Gelato

Our own authentic 'Gelati Artiginali' is made traditionally - cool, refreshing vanilla with ribbons of Amarena cherry and served with a crispy Carluccio's wafer. Other flavours available.

Apple juice and elderflower topped with sparkling Limonata infused with mint and served with a slice of cucumber.

Silvum, Botromagno, Puglia

You can only buy this Rose at Carluccio’s or if you live near to the D’Agostino brothers’ vineyards in Gravina, Puglia. Almost a light red, rich and fruity with a crisp finish.
