What is the return period? You have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If your order is sent in multiple deliveries, the cancellation period ends 14 days after you receive the final item. You must then return the item within a further 14 days.
How do I make a return? Items must be unused, in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the costs of returning items unless the goods are faulty. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage receipt.
What if I receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product? If you receive faulty/damaged products or the wrong product, you should notify customer service as soon as possible to arrange a return and a full refund.
When will I receive my refund? Once your returned items have been accepted, the price paid will be reimbursed to your original credit or debit card or e-voucher.
What happens to promotional discounts if I return an item? Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.
Additionally any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.

All our pasta sauces and ragus are made in the regions of Italy, by small, family-run producers, many of whom we have known for decades. Using ingredients particular to their regions, the sauces are made following traditional methods and recipes (often involving long, slow cooking).

Our panettone is made in the traditional way in an artisan bakery in Italy. Using only the best Italian ingredients our bakers go through the traditional, slow and dedicated process of making these beautiful cakes just once a year.
