A classic Brut Prosecco from Bottega’s Il Vino dei Poeti collection, made principally from Glera grown on the hills of Treviso. Fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks preserves the grape’s fresh fruit and floral character, giving a bright, approachable sparkling wine with fine bubbles, crisp orchard fruit and balanced acidity. Fresh and versatile, it is equally at home as an aperitivo or served with food.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh aromas of apple, white peach and citrus are complemented by delicate acacia and wisteria. The palate is fresh, delicate and balanced, with harmonious acidity and a clean finish.
