At their historic confectionary workshop in Genoa, they still candy fruit by hand, roasts nuts in-house, and even grinds their own sugar to ensure every ingredient meets their exacting standards.
This festive pandolce is usually made in small batches for their own shop and is a cherished part of holiday celebrations across Italy, especially at Christmas. We’re proud to offer a limited quantity of this authentic, artisanal, and deeply regional delicacy.
