Nestled between the azure waters of the Ligurian Sea and the jagged peaks of the Maritime Alps, Liguria is a land of great beauty. Known as the "Italian Riviera", Ligura isn't just a destination for the glamorous; it is a culinary sanctuary where the food is shaped by the sea breeze and the sun-drenched, terraced cliffs.
Carluccio's 'Treasures of Liguria' features some classic Ligurian ingredients and flavours that are perfect for alfresco dining during the spring/summer season, or indeed, to bring a little cheer to your table on less bright days.
The collection contains five brand new products for 2026:
Colline sul Mare Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Cold-pressed from 100% Taggiasca olives, this classic Ligurian extra virgin olive oil reveals a golden hue, delicate fruit aromas, and a smooth, sweet palate with hints of almond and pine nut.
