Torrone Mandorle – Soft nougat with 40% almonds

Added when the dough is still hot, the roasted almonds mix slowly into the nougat, and set in wooden frames overnight to get the perfect consistency before “the cut” which is made by hand.

Presented in an elegant case that shows the generous quantity, and high quality of the nuts within.
